Itineraries

Day 1

Suzhou

Begin at a silk workshop where you will witness how quaint cocoons are transformed into luxurious fabrics. Then, at the Silk Embroidery Research Institute, marvel at intricate, lifelike images of animals, landscapes, and figures stitched with hair-thin silk threads. Later, at the Sandalwood Fan Factory, get involved with creating a fragrant sandalwood fan, once a symbol of scholarly refinement. Finally, visit the Taohuawu New Year Painting Museum and appreciate traditional woodblock prints.

Days 1

Arrival, Visit Hongcun

Welcome to Huangshan! Once you arrive in Huangshan City, your guide and driver will be waiting to escort you to Hongcun.

Begin your journey by exploring Hongcun, renowned as a filming location for the movie “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.” Immerse yourself in the charm of ancient houses and winding alleys, with the enchanting Moon Pond as a highlight. Admire the serene lakes, graceful bridges, and remarkable architecture. Indulge in a wide array of street food, explore handcrafted souvenirs, and savor refreshing beverages, including the surprises of delightful coffee shops that await you!

Spend the night at Tunxi after having a great day in Hongcun.

Days 2

Beihai Scenic Area, Xihai Scenic Area

Departing from the city center, it takes approximately 1.5 hours by car to reach the Huangshan Scenic Area.

After boarding the cable car, delve into the Beihai Scenic Area and trek through the stunning scenery of ancient towering trees and lush pine forests perched on cliff edges. Passing through the Shixin Peak, where peculiar pine trees and extraordinary rocks stand tall.

Following this, enter the West Sea Scenic Area. After checking into your hotel, you may take a brief respite before venturing to the Paiyunlou to witness the breathtaking sunset – an experience not to be missed.

Days 3

Farewell, Huangshan

After breakfast, if the weather permits, you can rise early to enjoy the sunrise, and bask in the sunset glow with the mountains bathed in warm hues. Then, continue exploring the West Sea Grand Canyon to admire the spanning stone bridge, and marvel at the colossal Flying Stone. Descend the mountain by cable car, take a brief rest upon returning to the city center, and we will then provide transportation to the airport or train station.
